How to Give Someone Access to Your Facebook Business Page

Managing a Facebook business page often requires collaboration, whether with team members, agencies, or social media managers. Here’s a straightforward guide on how to give someone access to your page, complete with images to help you through each step.


Step 1: Open Facebook and Go to Your Business Page

Log into your Facebook account and go to the business page where you want to manage permissions. Often you have to click on the circle icon if you are using your photo - switch accounts to your business page.


Step 2: Go to Settings

Once you’re on your business page, locate the Settings option on the left sidebar or in the main menu.


Step 3: Access Page Setup

Inside Settings, click on Page Setup to view options related to page management.


Step 4: Go to Page Access

Under Page Setup, select Page Access to view and manage who can control your page.


Step 5: Click Add New and Search by Name

In the Page Access section, click Add New and enter the name of the person you want to give access to. Make sure to use their personal Facebook profile. If you are following this as a Quicke Marketing Client - ensure you put Kalli's personal profile (Kalli Nichole), not Quicke Marketing's business page.


Step 6: Determine the Access Level

Select the level of access they need:

  • Full Control: Recommended for agencies needing complete management capabilities. This will be required access if Quicke Marketing is asking you to do this.

  • Partial Access: For limited functions or specific tasks.


Step 7: Confirm and Send Invitation; Facebook Access Granted

After selecting the access level, click Add to send the invitation. Facebook may request password confirmation. The invited person will then receive a notification to accept page access.
